Engage in Polaris Project’s efforts to combat human trafficking through our online community

Polaris Project's Stop Modern Slavery 2010 Walk Team.

Our goal is to be a social change vehicle that seeks to reveal the realities of human trafficking and to change cultural norms surrounding the issue.  We drive people to action through grassroots activism by leveraging online communications and mass media. Program efforts focus on raising awareness, advocating for state and federal policy, and educating others about resources and services available through the National Human Trafficking Resource Center (NHTRC).  By increasing understanding of human trafficking, more victims will be identified and protected and more traffickers will be identified and prosecuted.
