Individual and Group Therapy

Individual Therapy

Polaris Project provides individual therapy for victims of human trafficking.  Our therapists work with clients on an individual basis using a variety of therapeutic modalities based on the needs and comfort level of the individual.

Group Therapy

Client group meetings are held weekly and are open to survivors of human trafficking.  These groups provide a positive and supportive environment for clients to discuss topics such as relationships, careers, transitions, and personal concerns as well as to attend life skills workshops such as budgeting, nutrition, exercise, or goal setting.
