The Alabama Senate just passed legislation that will require the National Human Trafficking Resource Center (NHTRC) hotline to be posted in certain establishments where victims of human trafficking may be found but your support is still needed!
SB 50 will require that the NHTRC hotline be posted in establishments like strip clubs, airports, and hotels and massage parlors previously cited for prostitution. This bill will assist in efforts to identify victims of human trafficking and guide them to proper social services. Let Governor Bentley know that human trafficking is a serious crime!

“Hi my name is [YOUR NAME]. I am calling to urge Governor Bentley to sign SB 50 into law as soon as possible. This bill will improve Alabama’s response to human trafficking by requiring certain establishments, like strip clubs, airports, and hotels and massage parlors cited for prostitution to post the national human trafficking hotline.
