Client Services Operations Fellowship Location: Washington, DC Position Description: The Client Services Operations Fellow will work directly under the Residential Operations Manager to promote the efficiency and effectiveness of the Transitional Housing Program. Polaris Project’s clients are survivors of sex trafficking and labor trafficking, including foreign nationals and U.S. citizens, adults and youth. The Client Services Operations Fellow will be matched with responsibilities based on the Fellow’s background and areas of strength. Operations activities include, but are not limited to: soliciting in-kind donations; seeking local housing rentals; planning events and field trips; researching legal documents, forms, and other programmatic materials; researching potential purchases; gathering and organizing data; coordinating schedules; maintaining documentation; technical support; running errands; and organizing furniture. Client Services Operations staff and fellows work in an unstable and emotional environment. Ability to maintain focus in and adjust to unexpected situations, as well as a strong comfort level working with clients from difficult backgrounds, are required. Requirements:
