| As a former Polaris Project fellow, Ms. Rhodes has been at Polaris Project since 2006. Ms. Rhodes previous human rights experience includes organizing students, planning fundraisers, and coordinating awareness events. She has also worked with at-risk youth in Providence, RI and Washington, DC and assisted several non-profit organizations in developing and evaluating their programs for at-risk youth. Through the CV Starr National Service Fellowship, she traveled to Nicaragua where she worked to promote renewable energy and develop a volunteer program focused on education, empowerment, and cultural exchange. Ms. Rhodes has a Bachelors Degree in Sociology from Brown University and has also studied at the University of Cape Town in South Africa. |
