Position Description:

Polaris Project is seeking an Operations Fellow to assist with the daily operations of the headquarters office.  The Operations Fellow will assist the Operations Coordinator with the daily management of organizational logistics including: finances, communication systems, information technology, human relations, and office security.  The operations fellow will take on projects related to program specific and organization wide systems; aide in processing key documents such as grant reports, invoices, and correspondence; process expense reports and bills; assist with light bookkeeping duties; and maintain relationships with outside vendors.  The operations fellowship is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in understanding the inner-workings of a leading non-profit organization.
