Jocelyn Prudencio joined Polaris Project in October 2011 as the Director of  Accounting and Finance. As graduate of American University and CPA-certified, she has used her financial accounting expertise for more than 10 years helping a number of non-profit organizations improve their financial processes in order to make their financial data accessible for effective decision making.
