Ms. Alvarez currently serves as the D.C. Case Manager in the Client Services department. She provides holistic and comprehensive case management to survivors of human trafficking. She has extensive work experience in providing services to victims of human trafficking, torture, asylum-seekers and refugees that includes legal advocacy support and community outreach. Ms. Alvarez has an M.A. in International Development from the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver and a B.A. in International Relations from Connecticut College. She has also studied at Hebrew University and the American Unversity in Cairo.
