Ms. Moler has been with the Polaris Project since June 2007, starting as a fellow before becoming part of the NHTRC team. Prior to joining Polaris Project, Ms. Moler worked on the Project on Leadership and Building State Capacity at the Woodrow Wilson Center for International Scholars and as a Program Associate and Model UN Trainer for Global Classrooms, an international education program of the United Nations Association. Ms. Moler also worked as a facilitator and tolerance educator at the Simon Wiesenthal Center, an international human rights organization in Los Angeles, California, where she led human rights, conflict resolution and anti-bias workshops aimed at high school students and at-risk youth. Before moving to Washington, D.C., Ms. Moler spent a year and a half in Madrid, Spain teaching ESL. Ms. Moler has a Masters Degree in International Affairs with a concentration in Conflict and Conflict Resolution from the George Washington University.
