Ms. Hougham currently serves as a clinical social worker in the client services department. She provides comprehensive case management and therapy to survivors of human trafficking, and conducts trainings and outreach to area agencies. Prior to joining Polaris Project, Ms. Hougham worked with survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence providing crisis counseling and intensive case management. Ms. Hougham has her Master's of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Pennsylvania, and is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the District of Columbia.
